一、必须适应新形势的要求,改变教师传统的教学思维一直以来,我国传统教育提倡的传统的教学模式是:教师是教学过程的绝对权威,其通过口授、板书把知识传递给学生。作为学习过程主体地位的学生,在整个教学过程中只是用眼睛看,用耳朵听,处于被动接受状态。传统的教学系统只有教师、学生和教材三个要素。显然,传统的教学模式无法培养出大批量的创新型人才。我们应当通过什么样的途径才能大批地、有效地培养创新型人才呢?这就需要在教学实践中应用现有的信息技术,通过让学生自主学习,自主解决问题来锻炼学生,提高他(她)们勤于思考,善于解决问题的能力。
First, we must adapt to the requirements of the new situation and change the traditional teaching thinking of teachers. The traditional teaching mode advocated by our traditional education has always been that teachers are the absolute authority of the teaching process and pass on knowledge to students through dictation and writing. As the main body of the learning process, students in the whole teaching process only use the eyes to see, use their ears to listen, and are in a passive state of acceptance. The traditional teaching system only teachers, students and textbooks of the three elements. Obviously, the traditional teaching model can not cultivate a large number of innovative talents. In what ways should we cultivate innovative talents in large quantities and effectively? This requires applying existing information technology in teaching practice, improving students’ self-learning and self-solve problems, ) Are diligent in thinking, good at problem solving.
