教师课堂语言素质是影响教学质量的重要因素之一,而提高学校教师群体语言素养的有效途径是:以学校为训练基地,以科研为重要载体。关键是要建立切实有效的校本教师语言素养训练模式和长效运行机制。
The language quality of teachers’ classroom is one of the important factors that affect the quality of teaching. The effective ways to improve the language literacy of school teachers are as follows: taking school as training base and scientific research as the important carrier. The key is to establish an effective and effective school-based teacher’s language literacy training mode and long-term operation mechanism.
