二十世纪八十年代中期,许其凤在国际上首先提出局部地区可以实现GPS卫星精密定轨,为我国开展高轨卫星精密定轨奠定了理论基础。有了一批如许其凤这样集教学与科研为一体的睿智学者,中国卫星导航科研的步伐走得更快了。
In the mid-1980s, Xu Qifeng first proposed in the international community that the precision orbit determination of GPS satellites could be realized in some areas, laying a theoretical foundation for our country to carry out precision orbit determination of high-orbit satellites.
