新形势下,地勘单位要想获得新的发展,就必须有完善的工资分配机制,特别是与时俱进的劳动绩效工资分配制度至关重要。本文首先分析了当前地勘单位实施绩效工资管理过程中存在的问题,然后详细阐述了地勘单位绩效工资管理的措施。
Under the new situation, in order to obtain new development, a geological survey unit must have a sound wage distribution mechanism, especially the wage distribution system of labor performance that is advancing with the times. This paper first analyzes the existing problems in implementing performance pay management in geological exploration units, and then elaborates on the measures of performance pay management in geological exploration units.
