为保证二次管网水质达标,每个换热站点都配备了水处理设备。而在实际运行过程中发现水处理交换罐有出水品质不合格的情况出现,需进行重复再生,此过程增加了不必要的盐和水的耗量,造成大量资源浪费。而水处理盐箱在加盐后,由于盐箱下半部分沉积盐得不到及时溶解,盐箱浓度上下不均匀,导致再生过程中树脂得不到有效还原,造成软化水质量不合格,再生失败。这种情况如果得不到及时处理,会导致二次管网补水硬度超标,造成热交换器结垢,不仅会大大降低换热器的换热效率,同时还会严重影响换热交换器的使用寿命。为了保证二次管网软化水的水质达到国家标准《GB1576-2008》文件,避免高硬度超标水质进入热交换器,我技术人员发明了一种全自动便携式盐箱处理搅拌器。通过搅拌器的搅拌可以保证盐箱浓度的均匀程度,从而保证给热网正常补入合格软化水。

In order to ensure that the secondary pipe network demineralized water quality to meet the national standard “GB1576-2008” file, to avoid excessive hardness of water into the heat exchanger, my technician invented a fully automatic portable salt tank handle blender. Stirring through the stirrer can ensure the uniformity of the concentration of the salt tank, so as to ensure that the heating wire is properly filled with qualified demineralized water.
