学习知识是促进人类精神文明建设和社会经济发展的主要途径,随着社会的迅速发展,知识也要不断创新,更好的为人类服务。为了提高高校图书馆知识服务能力,加快知识创新的步伐,图书馆根据用户需求提供灵活多样的服务模式。图书馆知识服务的主要内容是:文献传输,信息推送和参考咨询等。在这些服务内容中加入现代化的服务技术,为用户提供个人的、及时的、系统的、智能的、方便的、能解决实际问题的服务。
Learning knowledge is the main way to promote the construction of spiritual civilization and social economic development of human beings. With the rapid development of society, knowledge should be continuously innovated to serve human beings better. In order to improve the knowledge service capability of university libraries and speed up the pace of knowledge innovation, the library provides flexible and diversified service models according to the needs of users. The main contents of library knowledge service are: document transmission, information push and reference consultation.
