目的针对临床护理操作的护理风险与管理方式展开讨论,为日后的临床护理提供参考与指导。方法对临床护理操作的风险进行总结分析,观察护理风险的种类,造成的不良影响等。根据护理风险的特点,分析管理方式,并在临床护理操作中密切执行。结果通过对临床护理操作的风险进行分析,发现风险的类型主要集中在医疗意外、医疗纠纷、并发症等方面。在护理管理过程中,通过实施干预+防范的策略来完成,对护理风险做出了良好的掌控,各项护理操作均得到明显提升。结论临床护理操作在近几年获得了高度关注,任何一项护理风险的把控不足,都会对患者、对医疗、对家属等造成严重的不良影响。因此,有必要在今后的工作中,针对护理风险开展深入的分析,从多角度来正视护理风险所带来的不良影响。与此同时,还应该在护理管理上不断的贯彻执行,加强新方法的革新与推广应用,形成健全的护理管理体系,推动临床护理操作水平的不断提升。
Objective To discuss the nursing risks and management methods of clinical nursing operations and provide reference and guidance for future clinical nursing. Methods To summarize and analyze the risk of clinical nursing operation, observe the types of nursing risk and the adverse effects. According to the characteristics of the risk of nursing, analysis of management methods, and close implementation in clinical nursing operations. Results By analyzing the risk of clinical nursing operation, we find that the types of risk mainly focus on medical accidents, medical disputes and complications. In the nursing management process, through the implementation of intervention + prevention strategy to complete, to make a good control of the risk of nursing, nursing operations have been significantly improved. Conclusion Clinical nursing has gained great attention in recent years. Any lack of control over nursing risks will have serious adverse effects on patients, medical treatment and relatives. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out in-depth analysis of nursing risks in future work and to face the adverse effects of nursing risks in many aspects. At the same time, we should continue to carry out the nursing management, strengthen the innovation and application of new methods, establish a sound nursing management system, and promote the continuous improvement of clinical nursing.
