实验证明,维甲酸类药物可以阻断某些理化致癌因子的诱癌作用,三尖杉酯碱可诱导某些白血病细胞分化。本文用维甲酸(RA)及三尖杉酯碱(H)作用于体外培养的人早幼粒白血病细胞(HL-60),从显微及亚显微结构水平研究癌细胞的表型特征,以期深入了解RA及H的抗癌机理,并为治疗白血病开辟新途径提供理论依据.
Experiments show that retinoic acid drugs can block some of the physical and chemical carcinogens induced cancer, harringtonine can induce some leukemia cells. In this paper, retinoic acid (RA) and harringtonine (H) on cultured human promyelocytic leukemia cells (HL-60), microscopic and sub-microscopic studies of the phenotypic characteristics of cancer cells, With a view to understanding the anticancer mechanism of RA and H and providing a theoretical basis for the development of new ways to treat leukemia.
