目的:探讨腔内泌尿外科技术在结石性脓肾治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2013年1月至2015年2月就诊于我院的结石性脓肾患者共90例,64例给予微创的经皮肾镜取石术进行治疗,26例给予经尿道的输尿管镜取石术进行治疗。结果:在术后1年进行随访患者61例,肾功能得到恢复或部分得到恢复者40例,出现肾萎缩19例,进行肾切除3例。结论:腔内泌尿外科技术对于结石性脓肾的治疗是有效可行的,大部分的结石性脓肾可以给予保肾的治疗方式。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of endourology in the treatment of calculous pus. Methods: Totally 90 patients with calculous pyuria treated in our hospital from January 2013 to February 2015 were selected, 64 patients were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy, and 26 patients underwent transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy Surgery for treatment. Results: Sixty-one patients were followed up one year after surgery. Forty patients had renal function recovered or partially recovered, 19 patients had renal atrophy, and 3 patients underwent nephrectomy. Conclusion: The endovascular technique is effective and effective for the treatment of calculous pus. Most of the calculous pus can give the method of invigorating kidney.
