“知之者不如好之者,好之者不如乐之者。”我国古代伟大的教育家孔子很早就阐明了“愉快教育”的优越性。“教育要使人愉快,要让一切教育带有乐趣。”现代教学论也公认:课堂教学除知识对流的主线外,还有一条情感对流的主线。教学活动是在知识、情感这两条主线互相作用、互相制约下完成的。情感这条主线在小学教学中尤其重要,因为儿童在愉快的气氛中进行学习,可以消除紧张的情绪,抑制学习中的疲劳,保持旺盛的精力和高昂的兴趣,使内心世界变得活泼、开朗,从而有效地改善他们的感知、记忆、想象、思维和实践能力。如何创造愉快的教学环境,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高教学效率呢?下面谈谈我的几点体会。
