124万象素数的固体摄象器件

日电采用1.5μm线宽的微细加工技术,在同一芯片上研制出了124万(1280×970)象素数的超高分辨率CCD图象传感器。目前实用化的图象传感器象素数一般为20万(1/2吋),水平象素400,这不能满足专业摄象。为了研制超高分辨率TV摄象机等专业用高集成、高速图象传感器。日电利用高集成化技术,成熟的半导体技术,CCD技术和摄象技术等,研制成功了适于TV摄象的1280×970象素的大面阵CCD(芯片尺 Nikko uses 1.5μm line width of the micro-processing technology developed on the same chip 1.24 million (1280 × 970) pixel number of ultra-high resolution CCD image sensor.
