科学技术突飞猛进,人类正在步入一个以智力资源为主要依托的知识经济时代。知识经济的核心是创新。江泽民总书记指出:“创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。……一个没有创新能力的民族,难以屹立于世界先进民族之林。”如何开发和培养学生的创新能力,已成为当今世界教育的一大潮流。因此,地理教育中,培养学生的创新能力是时代发展的需要。在教学中培养学生的创新能力,宜从以下几个方面着手。一、培养学生的创新意识创新意识即强烈的求异心理和主动探索的意愿。创新意识强的人能别出心裁的思考问题,从不同寻常的独立视角去观察、分析问题。在地理教学中,要经常注意发掘学生的创新意识,并根据其特点积极加以培植、引导和鼓励,使其创新能力得到发展。
With rapid progress in science and technology, mankind is entering an era of knowledge-based economy mainly based on intellectual resources. The core of knowledge economy is innovation. General Secretary Jiang Zemin pointed out: “Innovation is the soul of a nation's progress and an inexhaustible motive force for the prosperity and development of a country. ... It is difficult for a nation without innovative capabilities to stand in the forefront of the world's advanced peoples.” How to Develop and Cultivate Students' Innovations Competence has become a major trend in education in the world today. Therefore, in geography education, cultivating students' innovative ability is the need of the development of the times. In teaching students to develop innovative ability, should start from the following aspects. First, to develop students' awareness of innovation The sense of innovation is a strong desire to seek differences and take the initiative to explore. Innovative and strong-minded people can think ingenuity problems, from an unusual perspective of independence to observe and analyze the problem. In geography teaching, we should always pay attention to discovering students' innovative consciousness and actively cultivate, guide and encourage students according to their characteristics so as to develop their innovative abilities.
