建立了高效液相色谱测定人造革中残留的N-甲基吡咯烷酮的方法。人造革中残留的NMP经甲醇超声萃取,用0.45μm滤膜过滤后直接进样,将提取物进行HPLC定性定量分析。结果表明,在0.2~20.0μg/m L线性范围内,NMP线性方程为y=63940.45x,相关系数为0.9999,方法检出限为1.2 mg/kg,方法测定下限(定量限)为5mg/kg,回收率为95.5%~98.5%,相对标准偏差RSD(n=7)为1.5%~4.7%。本方法具有提取简单、回收率高、精密度好等优点,可用于人造革中NMP残留量的检测。
A method for the determination of residual N-methyl pyrrolidone in artificial leather by HPLC was established. The residual NMP in the artificial leather was extracted by methanol and filtered through a 0.45 μm filter. The extract was subjected to HPLC qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the linear range of NMP was y = 63940.45x and the correlation coefficient was 0.9999 in the linear range of 0.2 ~ 20.0μg / m L. The detection limit was 1.2 mg / kg. The lower limit of quantification was 5mg / kg , The recoveries ranged from 95.5% to 98.5%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs, n = 7) ranged from 1.5% to 4.7%. The method has the advantages of simple extraction, high recovery, good precision and the like, and can be used for detecting the residual amount of NMP in artificial leather.
