当我记录下这些文字的时候,宝宝还没有出生。之所以写下来,是想与孕妈妈们分享我在怀孕过程中关于运动的一点体会。作为孕妈妈,在孕育宝宝的过程中,根据个人的身体还是可以适当参加一些运动项目的。做运动之前要注意以下几点:1、因为个人情况差别很大,孕期运动要量力而行;2、2、不推荐之前没有运动习惯的人怀孕后突然运动;3、有运动习惯的人只要健康正常,尽量不要在孕前期和中期改变孕前的生活习惯,包括锻炼习惯和饮食习惯;
