利用TM波的边界条件,推导出TM波在一维光子晶体中光场的分布公式,研究了TM波和TE波在一维掺杂光子晶体中光场的分布规律。结果表明,缺陷模中TM波和TE波在杂质层附近光场的分布呈现共振的特征。禁带中TM波和TE波的光场随着光程厚度的增加而迅速衰减。
Based on the boundary conditions of TM wave, the distribution of TM field in one-dimensional photonic crystal is deduced. The distribution of TM field and TE wave in one-dimensional doped photonic crystal is studied. The results show that the distributions of the TM and TE waves near the impurity layer in the defect mode exhibit resonance characteristics. The optical field of TM wave and TE wave in the forbidden band decay rapidly with the increase of optical path thickness.
