目的:研究心肌尔康对两肾一夹诱导高血压大鼠靶器官损伤的影响。方法:采用两肾一夹诱导高血压大鼠动物模型。实验分为假手术组、模型组、心肌尔康组和福辛普利组。第8周末,颈动脉插管测量血压和心功能,计算小鼠心脏指数,HE染色和/或V-G染色观察心脏、胸主动脉及肾脏病理形态学改变。结果:与假手术组比较,两肾一夹高血压模型组大鼠心脏舒缩功能明显受到损伤,心脏指数、心肌细胞横截面积、心肌纤维化、肾小球面积明显升高,胸主动脉发生明显重构。与模型组比较,心肌尔康和福辛普利能明显改善大鼠心功能,改善心血管重构和肾小球肥大。结论:心肌尔康能明显改善两肾一夹高血压大鼠心功能、心血管重构和肾小球肥大。
Objective: To study the effects of cardiac Kang on target organ damage in rats with two kidneys and one clip-induced hypertension. Methods: Two kidneys and one clip were used to induce hypertensive rats. The experiment was divided into sham operation group, model group, cardiac Erkang group and fosinopril group. At the end of the 8th week, blood pressure and heart function were measured by carotid artery cannulation. The cardiac index of mice was calculated. The pathological changes of the heart, thoracic aorta and kidney were observed by HE staining and / or V-G staining. Results: Compared with the sham-operation group, the systolic and diastolic function of the rats in model of two-kidney-one-clamp hypertension was significantly impaired. The cardiac index, myocardial cell cross-sectional area, myocardial fibrosis and glomerular area were significantly increased. Significant restructuring occurred. Compared with the model group, cardiac Erkang and fosinopril can significantly improve cardiac function, improve cardiovascular remodeling and glomerular hypertrophy. CONCLUSION: Myocardial Erkang can significantly improve heart function, cardiovascular remodeling and glomerular hypertrophy in two kidneys and one clip hypertensive rats.
