在日常的高中英语教学过程中,笔者发现部分学生不能很好地适应课程教学,没有掌握适合自己的英语学习方法,导致在英语学习过程中出现“学不进”、“学不懂”、“学不会”的现象,长期下来,学生对英语学习失去兴趣甚至产生厌学情绪,像这一类的英语学困生已占了一定的比例。于学生而言,影响了个人的总体成绩;于教学而言,制约了英语学科的全面发展,影响了英语教学的有效推进。如何有效转化高中英语学困生,已成为广大师生和家长密切关注的问题。在此,本人结合自己近十年的教育教学实践,谈谈运用赏识教育转化高中英语学困生的体会。
In the daily high school English teaching process, I found that some students can not well adapt to the course teaching, did not master their own English learning methods, resulting in the process of learning English “do not learn”, "do not understand In the long run, students have lost interest in learning English and have even become tired of learning. Some English-speaking students like this one have taken up a certain proportion. As far as the students are concerned, they have an impact on the individual’s overall achievement. In terms of teaching, they restrict the overall development of English subjects and affect the effective promotion of English teaching. How to effectively transform senior high school English learners into difficulties has become a problem that teachers, students and parents pay close attention to. Here, I combined my own teaching and teaching practice for nearly ten years to talk about the use of appreciation education to transform senior high school students with English learning difficulties.
