有针对性地实施降油耗措施是目前各个汽车企业面临的重大难题,其前提是基于现有车型油耗的一致性和稳定性而开展的,因为这样才能量化出措施实施后油耗的贡献值。文章针对现有量产车型油耗波动大、一致性差现象,从后驱车型驱动桥传动&制动内阻入手,剖析从零件制造精度一致性、整车装配和调整到质量检验、油耗测试前检查等方面对最终油耗台架测试的影响,探索出新车油耗一致性的控制方法,既能保证量产车型油耗一致性和稳定性,也为将来产品采取何种降油耗措施提供依据和参考。
Targeted implementation of fuel consumption reduction measures is a major challenge for all automobile companies at present.
