1 加强医院规范管理,为初保奠定基础 我院现有职148人,退休职110人,业务用房 2800平方米,病床15张,地处市中区近郊,要想在市场经济竞争十分激烈的形势下求生存,谋发展,就必须狠抓医疗质量,制度建设。我们先后制定了一系列管理制度,建立健全了各级各类人员岗位责任制和院科两级负责制,实行集体办院、统一管理、不搞分散经营。同时重视职业道德教育、大力发展专科业务、积极引进和培养人才,不断提高职工素质和技术水平,使医院的社会效益和经济效益明显提高,不仅获得全区卫生系统“医风杯”竞赛第一名和优胜奖杯,业务收入也从1995年的56万元上升到1996年的78万元,医院固定资产增加到119万元。

The name and premium trophy, business income also increased from 560,000 yuan in 1995 to 780,000 yuan in 1996, hospital fixed assets increased to 1.19 million yuan.
