报道了一个最高工作温度可达93K的高温超导带通滤波器研制及其特性.滤波器工作在S波段,相对带宽为4%,使用Tl2Ba2CaCu2O8超导薄膜制作而成.实验结果表明:在93K温度以下,通带内插入损耗小于0.22dB,回波损耗好于20dB,带外抑制大于80dB.对滤波器在不同温度下工作特性进行了测试和分析,显示该滤波器在90K左右性能稳定,工作正常.在已经报道的高温超导滤波器中,这一工作温度是最高的.该研究结果对超导滤波器应用于高灵敏度微波通信领域很有意义.
A high temperature superconducting band-pass filter with a maximum operating temperature up to 93K has been reported. The filter works in the S-band and has a relative bandwidth of 4%, which is made of Tl2Ba2CaCu2O8 superconducting thin films. The experimental results show that at 93K Temperature, the insertion loss in the passband is less than 0.22dB, the return loss is better than 20dB, and the out-of-band rejection is more than 80dB.The performance of the filter at different temperatures is tested and analyzed, showing that the filter has stable performance at about 90K, Working well in the reported high temperature superconducting filter, this working temperature is the highest.The results of the study for the superconducting filter used in the field of high sensitivity microwave communication makes sense.
