For a long time, due to the lack of high-productivity manufacturing process on the surface of heating ribs, it has limited its application in boiler manufacturing. Today, this manufacturing process has been established. It uses a variety of ribbed tubes to make the heating surface. In order to select the most reasonable form of ribs in the relationship between technology and economy, a comprehensive analysis of the latest requirements for power technology design must be included. This article describes the various fin technology used in the 805 heavy oil boiler water economizer developed by the joint production organization Red Boiler, and gives the comparative analysis results of multiple criteria for economic efficiency.
