三唑仑(triazolam)是一种苯二氮(艹卓)类催眠药,属精神药品。临床研究表明,本品可明显缩短入睡时间,增加睡眠时间,减少夜间觉醒次数。口服后迅速自胃肠道吸收,2h内达血药峰浓度,血浆T_(1/2)较短,范围为1.5—5.5h。本品自1978年上市后广泛用于失眠,尤适用于入睡困难的患者。目前我国亦有生产。1986年,澳大利亚药物评价委员会对本品的规格加以限制。本品最初上市
Triazolam is a benzodiazepine hypnotics, which is a psychotropic drug. Clinical studies have shown that this product can significantly reduce the time to fall asleep, increase sleep time and reduce the number of night awakenings.
