研究棉花的净同化率对改良棉花群体结构和提高产量都具有重要意义。一些研究报告指出,作物的光合作用除与叶片的叶绿素含量相关外还和气孔密度紧密相关。有的研究还认为光照、气温、湿度以及种植密度和施肥水平等因素都在不同程度上影响着棉花的光合作用。但这些研究大多数是单因素分析或在人控条件下进行的,未能进行田间条件下的综合性考查。本研究旨在探讨在大田栽培条件下棉花净同化率的变化规律,并对其影响因素进行相关分析,以利进一步研究棉花光能利用和相应合理的群体配置。
Studying the net assimilation rate of cotton is of great significance to improve cotton population structure and increase yield. Some studies report that crop photosynthesis is closely related to stomatal density in addition to the chlorophyll content of the leaves. Some studies also believe that light, temperature, humidity and planting density and fertilization levels and other factors are to varying degrees affect the photosynthesis of cotton. However, the majority of these studies were conducted by univariate analysis or under controlled conditions and failed to conduct comprehensive tests in the field. The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of net assimilation rate of cotton under field cultivation conditions, and to analyze the influencing factors to further study the utilization of cotton light energy and corresponding reasonable population allocation.
