本文首次报道用涂丝Ag-Ag_2S电极测定制革脱毛废水中微量氰化物(CN-)的方法研究。特别是对大量硫离子(S2-)干扰的消除,不需预行蒸馏,分离,吸收和富集等繁杂手续,用自行研制的高效脱硫催化剂,一次除硫率可达98%,从根本上简化了分析手续。文中对延用至今的Ag(CN)2指示剂的配制方法和使用浓度作了新的改进,加之成功地在ISAB中添加有机溶剂等,较大程度地提高了方法的灵敏度,测定线性范围在10-3~10-7mol·l-1CN-浓度,检测下限可达1ppb,标准偏差小于0.015ppm,回收率为96.5%~105%,方法简便,快速,准确,灵敏度高且不受试样颜色和混浊度的影响,可广泛应用于制革,食品,化工等环境保护对氰化物的检测分析。
