以 8 5 6份云南稻种核心种质在双季籼稻区 (5 0 0m)作早稻种植 ,成熟收获种子留稻桩30~ 4 0cm ,在不施肥条件下进行云南稻种核心种质的再生力与籼粳、水陆、粘糯的关系研究。结果表明 :(1)籼、粳亚种间的再生力不存在明显的差别 ,其中再生能力较强的粳稻品种中多数携有热带粳稻的血缘。 (2 )一些陆稻品种的再生能力明显强于水稻 ,有些糯稻品种的再生能力也强于粘稻。 (3)强再生能力基因不仅存在于籼稻中 ,而且存在于粳稻中 ,也存在于陆稻和糯稻品种中 ,因此从不同类型的云南稻种核心种质中发掘丰富的强再生力品种。
Eight hundred and sixty seedlings of Yunnan germplasm were planted in double-season indica rice region (500 m) for early rice cultivation, and seeds of 30-40 cm were planted in mature rice paddy so as to regenerate the core collection of Yunnan rice without fertilization Relationship between power and indica - japonica, amphibian and glutinous rice. The results showed that: (1) There was no significant difference in the reproductive ability between indica and japonica subspecies. Among japonica cultivars with high regenerative ability, most of japonica cultivars inherited the origin of tropical japonica. (2) The regeneration ability of some Upland rice varieties is obviously stronger than that of rice, and some of the glutinous rice varieties are better than sticky rice in regeneration ability. (3) Genes with strong regeneration ability were found not only in indica rice, but also in japonica rice and in both non-inbred rice and glutinous rice. Therefore, abundant regenerative germplasm was found from core collection of different types of Yunnan rice.
