鼠咬热临床罕见,我院收治1例,并做皮肤病理活检,特报告如下。患者男性,53岁,农民。1个月前捕鼠时被鼠咬伤右手背尺侧,未做处理,伤口无感染,数天后结痂。半月后在咬伤部位开始红肿疼痛,并向右上臂漫延,右腋窝淋巴结3×4×5cm,触痛,高热、寒战,曾服止痛片,肌注鱼醒草,6日后体温降至正常,右手臂肿痛减轻。10日后又突然寒战、高热、头痛、肌痛、金身极度乏力,右手臂、胸前及后背皮肤出现深 Rat bite fever clinically rare in our hospital admitted to a case, and do skin biopsy, special report is as follows.
