反思是一种自我提高和进步的有效途径,作为数学教师,要经常反思自己的教学。作为亲身经历课程改革的实践者,深刻地感受到反思对教学的作用和提高自身能力的好处。进行日常的教学反思是帮助教师逐步树立教学新理念,深刻领会构建有效课堂的必经之路。
Reflection is a self-improvement and progress of the effective way, as a math teacher, we must always reflect on their own teaching. As a practitioner who has personally experienced the reform of the curriculum, he deeply feels the benefits of rethinking the role of teaching and enhancing his own abilities.
