青年,是“四化”建设和边疆开发的生力军,是中华民族兴旺发达的希望。艺术表演团体的青年同样是思想最活跃、最富有朝气、最充满创造力的一群。在艺术表演团体中,共青团组织作为党委的助手,肩负着培养青年、教育青年、组织青年、团结青年的重任。要为中国革命和中国建设造就许许多多合格的文化艺术事业的接班人,就必须把青年演职人员培养成政治坚强、学习刻苦、业务精湛、工作勤奋、作风扎实、品德高尚的优秀者。这个标准是很高的,要造就这样的一大批优秀的青年人,就必需把思想政治工作放在极其重要的位置上。几年来,笔者通过做团的工作,深深感到要做好艺术表演团体中青年的思想工作,必须注意下面几点: The young people are the new force in the building of the “four modernizations” and in the development of the border areas.
