1 前言 肌肉收缩有两种基本形式,即等张收缩(动力性)和等长收缩(静力性)。在人们的生产劳动和日常生活中,在任何运动项目中,都存在着以上两种肌肉收缩的基本形式。 我们在《静力练习初探》一文中,通过实验和文献资料法,进一步证实了静力练习在发展绝对力量、力量耐力方面有明显的效果,同时对发展速度力量和增大肌肉横断面也有较好的作用。所以,静力练习是相对于动力练习的另一类型的有效的力量练习法。但是实验和调查中我们发现,目前的静力练习存在着没有具体力的大小显示,所以,力的大小概念抽象,练习时强度难于正确掌握,并造成练习时的单调和枯燥。为了改变这种情况,使静力练习更具有科学性和趣味性,我们研究设计了在静力练习时能显示力的大小的数显静力练习器。
1 Introduction Muscle contraction has two basic forms, namely, isometric contraction (dynamic) and isometric contraction (static). However, in the experiments and surveys, we found that there is no specific size display in current static exercises. In order to change this situation and make the static exercises more scientific and interesting, we studied and designed the digital static exerciser that can display the force during the static exercises.
