目的研究代代花中总黄酮含量,以及使用细胞及非细胞方法检测其抗氧化活性。方法利用水提醇沉方法提取代代花中总黄酮,HPLC方法测定黄酮含量,并对代代花提取物的总抗氧化能力(ABTS)、清除羟自由基能力进行研究,及由紫外线(UVB)引起的上皮细胞、皮肤成纤维细胞的活性氧(ROS)水平的影响。结果代代花提取物主要成分为柚皮苷和新橙皮苷,具有好的抗氧化作用,并能降低UVB引起的皮肤细胞内的ROS水平。结论代代花黄酮提取简便且功能较强,可以应用于抗氧化的化妆品或保健品中。
Objective To study the content of total flavonoids in the flowers from the generations and to test its anti-oxidative activity using cell and non-cell methods. Methods Flavonoids were extracted from flowers of Flos Lonicerae by water extraction and alcohol precipitation method. Flavonoids were determined by HPLC method. The total antioxidant capacity (ABTS) and hydroxyl radical scavenging capacity of extracts of generations flowers were studied. ) On the level of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in epithelial cells and dermal fibroblasts. Results The main constituents of generational flowers extract were naringin and neohesperidin, which had good anti-oxidant effect and decreased the level of ROS in skin cells induced by UVB. Conclusion The generation of flavonoids extraction is simple and powerful, can be used in anti-oxidant cosmetics or health products.
