针对重力坝风险评价中复杂性和模糊性的特点,通过对重力坝风险特点的分析和对风险因子的有效识别,将重力坝原观监测资料和模糊数学理论应用于重力坝风险评价中,提出了重力坝风险评价指标体系、定量和定性指标的相关计算方法和分级标准,构建了重力坝风险综合评价模型。利用该模型评价了官地重力坝的风险状况,得出其运行风险较低的结论,符合事实,验证了该模型的可操作性和合理性。
In view of the complexity and ambiguity of gravity dam risk assessment, by applying the analysis of the risk characteristics of gravity dam and the effective identification of risk factors, the original observation data and fuzzy mathematical theory of gravity dam are applied to the gravity dam risk assessment. The gravity dam risk assessment index system, quantitative and qualitative indicators of the relevant calculation methods and grading standards to build a gravity dam risk assessment model. This model is used to evaluate the risk status of Guandi gravity dam and the conclusion is drawn that its operation risk is low. It is in accordance with the fact that the feasibility and rationality of this model are verified.
