云南沾益汽车修配总厂配件厂采用镶接工艺,解决了修复日本进口汽车所用半轴问题。由于日产重型载货汽车的半轴的法兰与轴杆之间的锻造比很大,因此因受设备条件的限制,按传统的工艺方法,我国很难生产出合乎要求的日产重型车半轴。但采用镶接工艺方法能生产出各方面指标均能达到设计要求的半轴。也可以用这种方法修复和改制其它的半轴。
