合成的猪血管活性肠肽(VIP)与同系物PHI对豚鼠离体气管具有直接松弛作用,并能对抗组胺、氨甲酰胆碱引起的气管收缩反应,PHI的作用较VIP为弱。VIP能提高豚鼠气管平滑肌cAMP水平,但对cGMP无明显影响。VIP_(14-28)能对抗VIP的上述作用;还能部分阻断气管的非肾上腺素能抑制反应。
The synthetic porcine vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) and homologue PHI have a direct relaxation effect on isolated guinea pig trachea and can antagonize the tracheal contraction reaction caused by histamine and carbachol. The effect of PHI is weaker than that of VIP. VIP can increase cAMP level in guinea pig tracheal smooth muscle, but no significant effect on cGMP. VIP_ (14-28) can antagonize the above effects of VIP; but also partially blocked tracheal non-adrenergic inhibition of the response.
