《幼儿园教育指导纲要》倡导幼儿园的课程生活化,游戏化,而生活是幼儿园课程设计和实施的现实背景。炊事活动贴近幼儿的生活,与生活息息相关,同时富含了发展幼儿运动技能、认知和情感的机会。因此,笔者本着因地制宜的原则,从实际出发,结合主题、时令节俗以及大班幼儿的年龄特点设计了一系列幼儿喜欢的炊事活动,并按照规划积极开展了进行了幼儿园炊事活动的探索研究,在活动中幼儿边做边学,乐在其中。
“Kindergarten Education Guidance Outline” Kindergarten curriculum advocacy of life, gamification, and life is the kindergarten curriculum design and implementation of the real context. The cooking activities are close to the life of young children and are closely related to life. They are also rich in opportunities for developing young children’s sports skills, cognition and emotions. Therefore, based on the principle of local conditions, the author designed a series of favorite cooking activities for young children according to the theme, seasonal festival customs and the age characteristics of young children. According to the plan, the author conducted an exploration and study of kindergarten cooking activities actively. In the activities of children learn while doing, enjoy it.
