1 自然地理概况周口市位于淮北平原,河南省东南部,属黄淮冲积平原。全境共有沙颍河、涡惠河、茨淮新河、洪汝河四大水系和62条大、中型骨干河道及115条小型沟河,总控制流域面积1.16万km~2。其中,沙颍河水系流域面积为7085km~2,占总面积的60.9%。涡惠河水系流域面积为2725km~2,占总面积的23.4%。茨淮新河水系流域面积为1746km~2,占总面积的15%。洪汝河水系流域面积为81km~2,占总面积的0.7%。各水
1 Physical Geography Zhoukou City is located in Huaibei Plain, southeastern Henan Province, is a Huanghuai alluvial plain. The whole territory of the Shaying River, Wei Hui River, Ci Hu New River, Hongruhe four major water systems and 62 large and medium-sized backbone channel and 115 small ditches, the total control basin area of 11,600 km2.
