中职管理课程实践教学是提升中职学校内涵发展的有效途径,是实现中职管理人才培养目标的保证,是提升中职管理类学生市场竞争力的需要;我们要正视中职管理类课程实践教学的现状:实践教材系统性不强,课程职业特点不突出,教师实践教学能力待提升,实践教学评价缺乏统一标准;不断优化整合实践教学教材资源,构建基于职业教育的课程体系,内培外引提升实践教师素质,构建基于就业的实践教学评价体系等。
The practical teaching of the course management of secondary vocational education is an effective way to promote the connotation development of the secondary vocational schools and is the guarantee of the goal of secondary vocational school management personnel training.
