由于枯竭型储气库的产层压力低、运行周期长、注采气量大的特点,给钻井和固井质量提出了更高的要求。针对文23的地质特征和储气库设计要求,考虑储层保护、固井质量及盐层井段,提出三开次井身结构设计,生产套管设计金属气密封、P110钢级177.8 mm套管;技术套管段设计双密度水泥浆体系一次固井,生产套管段设计采用非渗透防窜增韧水泥浆体系,采用尾管悬挂+套管回接方式固井;三开设计使用低密度微泡钻井液体系,配合凝胶暂堵技术减少漏失及储层污染。形成的文23储气库钻井工程方案,为国内低压低渗枯竭型储气库钻井设计提供了技术借鉴。
Due to the low pressure of depleted gas reservoirs, long operation period and large volume of injection and gas production, higher requirements are put forward for drilling and cementing quality. According to the geological characteristics of Wen 23 and the design requirements of gas storage, taking into account the reservoir protection, well cementing quality and the well section of the salt layer, the authors put forward the design of the third open next wellbore structure and the production casing design of metal gas seal. The P110 steel grade 177.8 mm Pipe; technology casing section design double-density cementing system once cementing, production casing section design using non-penetrating anti-channeling toughening cement slurry system, the use of tail pipe suspension + casing cementing way cemented; three open design using low density micro Bubble drilling fluid system, with the gel temporary plugging technology to reduce leakage and reservoir pollution. The formation of the Wen-23 gas reservoir drilling program for the domestic low-pressure low permeability depleted gas reservoir drilling design provides a technical reference.
