利用X射线磁性圆二色(XMCD)吸收谱研究了在MgO衬底外延的铁单晶薄膜的原子磁矩.根据XMCD吸收谱的加和定则,得到了铁原子的自旋磁矩和轨道磁矩分别是0.069和2.33μB.并与不同铁膜的轨道和自旋磁矩进行了比较,基本上与已发表的实验和理论数据吻合.实验结果表明当铁的轨道磁矩随膜厚的增加而下降,向体样品的轨道磁矩靠近,而自旋磁矩变化不大.
The atomic magnetic moment of the iron single crystal thin film epitaxial on the MgO substrate was investigated by X-ray magnetic circular dichroism (XMCD) absorption spectra.
