本文采用化学沉积的方法 ,在板状基体上成功的制备纳米晶Co Fe P合金涂层。运用TEM、XRD等分析手段对 [Fe2 + ]对Co Fe P合金成分、结构、性能的影响进行分析研究。结果表明合适工艺参数的调整选择 ,可获得表面光亮致密与基体结合良好的纳米晶Co Fe P化学沉积膜 ,且所得纳米晶Co Fe P合金具有较低的矫顽力和较高的矩形比 ,可以用作软磁材料
In this paper, the chemical deposition of nano-crystalline Co Fe P alloy coating was successfully prepared on a plate-like substrate. The effects of [Fe2 +] on the composition, structure and properties of Co-Fe-P alloy were analyzed by means of TEM and XRD. The results show that the nanocrystalline CoFe P deposited films with bright surface and compact structure can be obtained by adjusting the appropriate process parameters. The obtained nanocrystalline CoFe P alloy has lower coercivity and higher squareness ratio, Can be used as soft magnetic material
