外经贸部日前发出紧急通知,要求各级外经贸主管部门加强对各类进出口企业的监督管理,规范企业经营行为,严肃查处走私行为。 通知指出,要严禁各种挂靠经营。各类进出口企业不得让其他企业以自己名义对外签订进出口合同或以挂靠经营的方式从事进出口业务,对已经挂靠的公司要立即解除挂靠关系,
The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation recently issued an urgent notice requiring all levels of foreign trade and economic cooperation departments to strengthen the supervision and management of various types of import and export companies, standardize their business operations, and strictly investigate and punish smuggling. The notice pointed out that it is forbidden to operate all kinds of businesses. All types of import and export enterprises must not allow other companies to sign import and export contracts in their own names or engage in import and export business in the form of affiliated operations. The company that has already affiliated companies must immediately release the affiliation.
