当因特网作为一种新的传播媒体迅猛普及之初,包括期刊在内的传统媒体业内人士都担心有朝一日因特网将”独霸天下”!几年来的实践则打消了人们的这种顾虑.第33届国际期刊联盟(FIPP)大会也得出结论:网络非但不是期刊的杀手.而是其有益的补充。因特网的普及已经把我们带入一个媒体整合的全新时代.网络传播条件下的期刊要想获得进一步发展必须与网络媒体整合。
When the Internet was rapidly popularized as a new media, traditional media professionals including journals were worried that the Internet would “dominate the world” one day and that the practice of the past few years dispelled such concerns. The 33rd International The FIPP Assembly also concludes that the Internet is not merely a killer of journals but a useful addition. The popularity of the Internet has brought us into a new era of media integration, and journals under the condition of internet communication must be integrated with online media in order to be further developed.
