以取代苯甲醛和丙酮为原料,改进文献合成方法,采用一锅法合成了5个对称和5个不对称取代双苄叉丙酮化合物,通过红外光谱、核磁共振谱、质谱对其进行了结构表征,利用分子荧光光谱法研究了该类化合物与人血清蛋白的相互作用,并测定了对蛋白猝灭效果较好的二对二甲氨基双苄叉丙酮的猝灭常数。
The method of literature synthesis was improved by using substituted benzaldehyde and acetone as raw materials. Five symmetrical and five asymmetric substituted dibenzylidene acetone compounds were synthesized by one-pot method. Their structures were characterized by IR, 1HNMR and MS The interaction between these compounds and human serum albumin was studied by molecular fluorescence spectroscopy. The quenching constants of p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde were also determined.
