利用丙酮提取的排泄因子抗原与前鞭毛体免疫家兔血清以双向免疫扩散法对一株从新疆喀什地区黑热病人分离的杜氏利什曼原虫,一株自陕北病犬中分离的杜氏利什曼原虫,一株由新疆荒漠地区硕大白蛉吴氏亚种消化道中分离的杜氏利什曼原虫和一株沙鼠利什曼原虫进行抗原分析的结果表明,这四株利什曼原虫的排泄因子抗原具有两种不同的抗原成分——P和G。其中喀什绿洲地区黑热病与陕北犬株利什曼原虫均具有P成分,荒漠型黑热病杜氏利什曼原虫具有P和G两种成分。本文讨论了这一初步分型结果的生物学和流行病学意义。
In this study, Leishmania donovani isolate Leishmania donovani isolated from kala-azar patients in Kashgar region of Xinjiang was isolated by two-way immunodiffusion using the excretion factor antigen extracted from acetone and the prolactin immunized rabbit serum. Protozoa, an isolate of Leishmania donovani and a strain of Leishmania rhamnosus isolated from the digestive tract of the Giant White-winged Wuzi subspecies in the desert region of Xinjiang showed that the four Leishmania excretion factors Antigen has two different antigenic components - P and G. Among them, the kala-azar area in Kashi Prefecture and the Leishmania canis in North Shaanxi Province all had P component, and Leishmania donovani in desert kala-azar had P and G components. This article discusses the biological and epidemiological implications of this preliminary typing result.
