2004年9月至今,全国已先后有广东、山东、海南、宁夏、江苏、福建、天津等省(市、区)参加普通高中新课程改革实验工作。理性地综合考察广大的实验区普通高中的新课程改革实验,不难发现,由于思想认识的偏差、应试教育及传统观念的束缚,时至今日,新课程改革实验的推进工作可谓步履缓慢,新课程改革的理念尚未在学校教育教学的管理过程中得到贯彻
