以23家航空研究院所为调查对象,以员工投入、员工发展、员工参与、员工沟通四个维度构成高绩效工作系统为自变量,组织公民行为为中介变量,技术创新战略执行效果为因变量的模型,运用结构方程模型进行分析,实证结果表明:员工投入、员工发展、员工参与、员工沟通对组织公民行为有显著正效应,组织公民行为对技术创新战略执行效果有显著正效用。
Taking 23 aviation research institutes as the survey subjects, the high performance work system is composed of the four dimensions of staff input, employee development, staff participation and employee communication as independent variables and organizational citizenship as mediating variables. The implementation effect of technology innovation strategy is dependent variable The empirical results show that employee engagement, employee development, employee participation and employee communication have significant positive effects on organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational citizenship behavior has a significant positive effect on the implementation effect of technology innovation strategy.
