为了适应我国早日实现四个现代化的需要,国家拟定将我国液压元件基本参数的“国家标准”采用国际单位制(SI 制)。压力单位将原来的“公斤力/公分~2”改为“帕斯卡”(Pa)与 SI 制并用的单位“巴”(bar),取得与国际标准《ISO 2944》相一致。一九七八年十二月全国“液压元件国标规划及审查会议”已正式通过了有关国标。由于单位制的改变,必然会导致设计、计算液压元件时的计算系数的改变。为此,本文提供了新的换算系数和高精度诺模图(其精确度超过目前国内外公开发行的图书中相应的诺模图);还用电子计算机对压力、扭矩、功率等以新的单位制进行了精确的计算,并列出了有关换算对照表。上述新换算系数,换算对照表及高精度诺模图,可供我国广大液压工作者及有关专业师生使用。
In order to meet the needs of our country to realize the four modernizations as soon as possible, the state has formulated the “National Standard” that adopts the basic unit parameters of hydraulic components of our country as the International System of Units (SI). The pressure unit changed the original “kg / cm ~ 2” into “Pa” and “巴”, the unit of SI, in conformity with the international standard “ISO 2944”.
