目的探讨绩效考核在疾病预防控制工作中的应用和价值。方法建立科学的评估指标体系,量化表达区域和疾控机构履行职能过程/工作的成绩和效果,分析现有条件下职能履行过程/成绩/效果/影响因素,使疾病预防控制经常性工作与绩效考核工作有机结合,进一步明确疾病预防控制体系的职能定位。结果疾病预防控制工作绩效考核,其各项指标适用性好、覆盖面广、可操作性强、计算简单易行、便于考核评估,基本满足了疾控机构的职能需求。结论绩效考核和评估体系的建立是一个复杂的过程,如何运用通用和权威的绩效考核指标还有待进行更深入地推广和探索。
