前言武钢试产的不同厚度的热轧10Ti钢板,已在二汽厂进行了几种汽车构件的冲压试验。据反映:此钢强度高,冲压性能好,几种构件的冲压成型完好率为100%,但回弹较大,疲劳性能有疑虑。为此,我们就10Ti钢的力学性质和疲动性能进行了试验研究。并对疲动裂纹扩展速率和高频疲劳的部分试件的断口,进行了电子扫描电镜观察,从宏观力学,疲劳试验和电子金相的综合考查证明:10Ti钢有较好的综合性能,良好的抗疲劳损坏的能力。二汽厂成品试验室对10Ti钢制前横梁与Ns38、09sly、鞍钢10Ti、St52等钢种冲制的前横梁构件进行了台架疲劳试验,证明:在同一试验条件下以W10Ti钢制的前横梁疲劳寿命
