采用激光对人眼的虹膜打孔是眼科虹膜切除术中的一项先进技术。研制激光虹膜打孔仪和推广这一先进医疗技术对减轻广大工农兵的疾苦有着重要的意义。在毛主席的无产阶级教育路线指引下,我们在开门办学、开门搞科研的过程中,接受了研制激光虹膜打孔仪的任务,与福州市一医院、福州赤卫无线电设备厂和我系光仪厂协作,组成了科研、生产和使用三结合研制小组。同志们发扬了自力更生、艰苦奋斗的精神,在一台简易的红宝石激光装置上对免眼、离体虹膜和拟将摘除的人眼进行实验的基础上,对现有的各种激光虹膜打孔仪进行了分析,提出我们自己的设计方案,在不到一年的时间内研制成功了GH-1型仪器,现已用于临床试验。
The use of lasers to iris the human eye is an advanced technique in ophthalmic iridectomy.
