对于炼钢工业中使用过的耐火材料,其典型的处理方式是采用填埋法。由于环保要求不断提高,故在全世界范围内正在努力开发可以选择的、环境适宜的、经济可行的回收利用方法。由于在高温时的化学反应,使用过的耐火材料发生了显著的化学变化。文中介绍了将废弃的铝碳耐火材料回收利用,以一定比例与未用过的耐火材料混合,研究了其高温损毁程度和铁水渗透深度的变化。
Refractories used in the steel industry, the typical treatment is the use of landfill. As environmental requirements continue to increase, efforts are being made throughout the world to develop alternative, environmentally suitable and economically viable recycling methods. Significant chemical changes have taken place in the used refractory materials due to the chemical reaction at high temperatures. In this paper, the recycling of waste aluminum-carbon refractories was introduced, mixed with unused refractories in a certain proportion, and the changes of high-temperature damage degree and molten iron penetration depth were studied.
